Review of the Video Non-Profit Marketing
Question: Discuss about the Review of the Video Non-Profit marketing? Answer: Social innovation and social entrepreneurship have really changed in todays world but in the words of Dan Pallottas TED Talk- The Way We Think About Charity Is Dead Wrong- it has made us realize that its not just that the marketing of various social initiatives is seen as a waste of money, but also many factors like compensation being too low in this social sector which effects participation in this sector. Also discrimination in advertising and marketing- for profit sector we are ready to spend our single last penny on advertising but the people who donate money are not ready to let their money being used on the marketing of fundraisers which can help so many more people. Dan has clearly mentioned other factors such as profit, new ideas and time itself. We all ready to say that there is no innovation in the social sector initiatives, but are we ready to even research on the same. Having so much patience for our stocks not giving us returns in years, but for our social investment- w e need returns so early. With all of this in picture, we need our money to be spent on something very productive but no overhead costs. And this all makes us so different. And moreover if all of this happens in a positive manner, all those unlucky people who dont have access to nominal facilities even will get their share of life.
